Summer trip to Moosehead Lake Maine. We drove there from Humble, TX which by the way I do not recommend. We arrived on the 4th of July and appartently the summer season wasn't really in full swing yet. Not much going on. The fireworks were small, but hey, it is a small town. We didn't really have much in the way of decent food there except for the place with the broasted - yes broasted chicken. They let us in when they were ready to close and gave us great big huge piece of juicy chicken - thanks!
Anyway, we saw moose - that is what we came for.
